These are the terms for using our website, quiz and products. By using them or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The MarriageOS is a business name (DBA) of Shepherd Safety & Logistics Solutions, LLC, run by Glenn and Danielle Larish. When these terms say "we" or "us," they mean us.

What we offer

We offer educational tools for married and engaged couples: a free quiz, the Couple Alignment Report, the Kickoff Kit, and related workbooks and courses. You must be at least 18 to use them.

What this is not

MarriageOS is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and the quiz and report are not a diagnosis. We are not licensed counselors or therapists. Nothing we offer replaces a licensed professional or your pastor.

If your marriage is in crisis, or if anyone is unsafe at home, please contact a licensed professional. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is free and confidential at 1-800-799-7233. If there is immediate danger, call 911.

No promised outcomes

We can't promise a particular result for your marriage. What you get out of these tools depends on many things outside our control, including what the two of you do with them.

Purchases and pricing

• One purchase per couple. The Couple Alignment Report is $47 for the two of you. Each spouse takes the assessment separately, and you share one report.
• Payment. Our payment processor, Stripe, handles your card. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout.
• Limited offers. Founding prices and other limited offers apply only as described at checkout and end when the stated date or quantity is reached.
• Report credit. If you buy the report and then buy the Kickoff Kit within 14 days, your $47 counts in full toward the Kit. The Kickoff Kit includes the report.

Refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms.

Your report and your spouse

The report is shared. Once you have both finished, each of you can see how the other answered and how you rated each other. Private links open your assessment and report without a password, so please don't forward them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Using our materials

Our materials are for your own marriage. Please don't copy, resell, publish or share them, or use them to serve other couples, without our written permission. We keep all rights in our content.

Things we provide as is

We work hard on these tools, but we provide them as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue free tools at any time.

Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes don't affect purchases you have already made.
